Andor is Managing Partner of the Reiber Group, a human capital consulting firm that helps investors and executives make smart decisions about talent. Reiber Group has conducted thousands of leadership and professional-level assessments for selection, development and due diligence, to provide investors and executives with deep insight about how to best leverage talent to set and execute strategy and create competitive advantage. He is known for his assessment and coaching expertise, and has been recognized for outstanding client service and project management.
As a business psychologist, Andor conducts pre- and post-transaction projects to support investors’ work with portfolio company management teams, including accelerating leadership talent and strengthening team effectiveness. His work also focuses on succession planning, talent management, and executive coaching.
During his 25+ year career, Andor has advised clients from an array of industries, including private equity, automotive, manufacturing, financial services, building products, technology, and healthcare.
Andor earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit, and B.Sc. from University of Toronto, Canada.
Joan is Managing Partner of The Reiber Group. Previously a consultant in a leading international HR consulting firm, she has extensive experience in helping organizations manage their talent. Her consulting work focuses on leadership due diligence, talent management, and leadership assessment. She has worked with clients from many industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, chemical, financial, energy and healthcare. She has worked with executive teams from Fortune 100 multi-nationals, as well as with family-owned and managed companies.
Joan has an extensive background in a wide range of business and management disciplines. Early in her career, she worked in operational and sales roles in the insurance, financial, and telecommunications industries. She has also served on the faculty in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
Joan earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and earned B.A. from the University of Michigan. Her research has focused on employee development, career transition, and organization change issues.
Jessica is an Executive Consultant with Reiber Group, and helps her organizational and executive clients make better talent decisions. She has worked with leaders at all levels organizations to improve individual and organizational performance using interventions that include 360-feedback, leadership development programs, talent assessment, job design and performance management. She has designed and facilitated training workshops for mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Jessica is a faculty member at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She also has a B.A. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
She is currently the President of Michigan Association for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Alan is an Executive Consultant with Reiber Group, and works with leaders who have the passion and desire to excel personally and create high performing organizations. Alan’s clients include leaders in the public utility, healthcare, manufacturing and automotive industries. Alan brings in depth knowledge of leadership effectiveness and assessment, organizational behavior, team dynamics and change management to his work, as well as a demonstrated ability in the design and delivery of global leadership training programs and organizational development consulting interventions.
Prior to working with clients across a broad array of industries, Alan had over thirty years of comprehensive and successful experience as an organizational and leadership development professional at the Ford Motor Company. As the Manager, Leadership Programs at Ford’s Executive Development Center he was responsible for the design, development, delivery and management of global leadership programs for Ford’s executive, senior, and middle management. In addition, he also played a key role in preparing corporate leadership for significant strategic cultural changes through the design and facilitation of organizational development interventions.
Alan is owner and partner of Improvisation Incorporated, a consulting firm that developed and implemented a methodology utilizing improv comedy techniques and principles to stimulate creative thinking, break down barriers and impact teambuilding activities within organizations.
Tom is an Executive Consultant with Reiber Group, and specializes in assessment, development and
coaching services for executives, executive leadership teams, and
high potential successors. Tom has worked with clients at every level
of the leadership pipeline, in some of the largest organizations in the
world, in just about every industry, on five continents.
In 2012 he founded TWMason, an
consulting firm focused on executive performance and team effectiveness.
Tom serves frequently as an executive coach and assessor supporting CEOs and senior leaders, working on issues ranging from interpersonal leadership to enterprise management. He works with executive leadership teams seeking to be more effective and has advised boards on succession and executive performance issues. Typical engagements target
improvements in executive performance, team effectiveness and executive succession.
Prior to founding TWMason, Tom worked nearly 18 years with PDI Ninth House, a global leadership consulting firm, serving in a variety of business and consulting leadership roles, including Vice President, General Manager and Region Leader. Before joining PDI Ninth House, Tom accrued 16 years of additional business experience, including ten years as a consultant to private, public, and government organizations. Tom has held visiting or adjunct faculty appointments in business, statistics and psychology at the University of Tennessee, Rice University, the University of Houston and Elmhurst College.
Tom is licensed as a psychologist in the state of Tennessee. He received his PhD in
industrial and organizational psychology, with a minor in statistics, from the University of Tennessee. He earned a BS in biology and psychology from Elmhurst College (Illinois).
